Our research focuses on addressing the vacant house issue, redefining modern forms of living, and fostering community development. Through concrete projects, we aim to contribute to local society while connecting traditional and contemporary, local and global perspectives.
Garege-Pit Series :We are developing residential garage rentals designed for car enthusiasts in the northern Kanto region—an area less convenient for commuting by train but well connected to major expressways. Through this project, we aim to revitalize the northern Kanto area by creating a new lifestyle hub centered around automotive culture.
Kyo-Machi Sokyo Series :We propose a new style of living that harmonizes the charm of traditional Kyoto townhouses with the comfort of contemporary design. While respecting Kyoto’s historical streetscape and cultural heritage, our goal is to offer homes that blend timeless beauty with modern functionality—creating spaces that are both authentic and comfortably contemporary.
Resort Work Base :We propose a new lifestyle that integrates work and living—rooted in multiple locations and connected to local communities. Our resort-based residences offer both comfortable living environments and functional workspaces, serving as hubs that bridge the everyday and the extraordinary.
